THE BOM TEAM

Daman A. Brody, Esq.

PRESIDENT

 
Daman A. Brody, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, is a Senior Partner of Brody & Obeidy P. A. and a Certified NFL Sports Agent.  Mr. Brody has over 10 years of experience in contract negotiations.

Mr. Brody received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, in Gainesville, Florida. While in law school, he excelled in criminal litigation and competed locally and nationally for the University of Florida's Trial Team. He was the recipient of the Virgil Hawkins Scholarship, was an Honor Court Adviser and was a member of the Criminal Law Association, Entertainment and Sports Law Association, and the Black Law Students Association. Mr. Brody participated in the University of Florida, Levin College of Law Study Abroad Program in Montpellier, France studying International financial crimes and Intellectual Property.

Mr. Brody earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Amherst, MA, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his undergraduate work, he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and ALANA Honor Society.


Mr. Brody is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Daman A. Brody is also a licensed realtor in the state of Florida.  He is a member of the screen actor guild.  He has appeared in many commercials in North America one including hip hop mogul Jay-Z.



A. Andrew OBeidy, Esq.

VICE PRESIDENT

A. Andrew OBeidy is a senior partner at the law firm of Brody & OBeidy P. A.  Mr. OBeidy has been a licensed attorney since October 1999 and is authorized to practice law in both California and Florida.  Prior to becoming a member of the BOM Sports team, Mr. OBeidy practiced business law.  His diverse practical experience includes a wide variety of legal issues ranging from contract negotiations, corporate creation, and endorsement deals.     

  
Mr. OBeidy attended the University of Virginia where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Thereafter, Mr. OBeidy attended Howard University School of Law in our nation's capital.



Percy Evans

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Before joining BOM Sports Management, Percy spent several seasons working with the Tampa bay Devil Rays and The University of Cincinnati organizations. These experiences provided Percy with valuable insight into the world of marketing, branding, and advertising in professional sports.

 Percy received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management as well as a Minor is Business from The University of Cincinnati. Percy’s duties included the planning, organizing, and coordinating of events for the student body.  An alumni of Foot Frat, “The University of Cincinnati Bearcats Football”, as he worked with NFL veterans like Artrell Hawkins of the Patriots and Derrick Ransom of the Chiefs. Percy obtained a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from University Phoenix.

At BOM, Percy aids in the daily operations of organizing recruitment information, contacting prospective clientele, designing player profile portfolios, organizing athlete appearances and identifying athlete market-values.  In addition to handling the representation of several athletes, Percy is very active in the sales, marketing, and endorsement of BOM Sports Management athletes.
